The Programs

21 Day Life Tune-Up - Sign Up Here

For 21 days straight, I will guide you through a *Vinyasa flow practice 6 days of the week and a **Yin style practice on the 7th day. Each practice will begin with ***pranayama (yogic breathing). 

*Vinyasa is a style of yoga that brings different asanas (postures) together into a connected flow of movement and breathing. This is the sweaty kind of yoga! :) We start with the basic Sun Salutation and add on each day, practicing standing postures, back bends, and hip openers all while continuing with our flow and building heat. You will be given cues to get into the postures and where to place your body, along with options for different levels of strength and flexibility.

**Yin yoga is a cooling practice. Every 7th day, we will cool down, stretch out those worked muscles and zen out in Savasana (Corpse Pose) at the end of practice (which we do in every practice). 

***Prana is considered life force in yogic philosophy. The breath carries prana. Pranayama is focused breathing. We utilize different styles of pranayama when we are moving and when we are sitting in mindfulness and meditation. During the 21 days, you will learn different ways of using your breath. 

28 Days - 28 Sun Salutations A Day - Sign Up Here

This program is designed for those who know how to do a Sun Salutation without guidance and have a solid understanding of Vinyasa flow practice.

For 28 days, we will practice 28 Sun Salutations daily. Here is the weekly breakdown of the practices (all practices end with a closing sequence and Savasana):

Week 1: We begin slowly with 7 sets of 4 consecutive Sun Salutations and a Child’s Pose in between each set.

Week 2: We step up the consecutive Sun Salutations to 7, doing 4 sets with postures in between the sets, along with the Child’s Pose.

Week 3: We flow through 2 sets of 14 Sun Salutations with a series of postures and Child’s Pose in between.

Week 4: Everyday of the final week, we will practice all 28 Sun Salutations consecutively.
